World Youth Funday - Friday 24th November

World Youth Sunday is coming up later this month on Sunday 26th November, Feast of Christ the King, a day on which Pope Francis invites the global Church to celebrate and pray for young people. In Lisbon this year, Pope Francis told young people that "Jesus door is always open: Come and See!" This has inspired the theme for World Youth Day celebrations in England and Wales for 2023, and there are several World Youth Day resources available here:

There are resources for Parish, Primary and Secondary age groups, whether you are celebrating on the Sunday (26th) itself or enjoying World Youth Funday celebrations on the Friday before (Friday 24th November)!

As with previous years since lockdown, we are pleased to welcome schools and other groups to the World Youth Funday LIVESTREAM! An interactive live-streamed day with prayer, special guests, activities, and faith in action for all ages. Last year, 15, 000 young people joined us from classrooms across England and Wales and we hope you'll all be back for World Youth Funday 2023! The Timetable for the day is attached, and you can register YOUR school or class here!
