Yocomo Self-Assessment tool for Youth Workers

YOCOMO self-assessment tool is based on the ETS competence model for youth workers to work internationally, which has been developed by SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre. It allows you to perform self-assessment in 8 competence areas, on the level of behaviours, knowledge, skills and attitudes. It offers visualisation of your results, as well a possibility to upload evidence and enter reflection.
