We are looking for somebody with youth ministry experience (or equivalent) to take a leading role in the work of Castlerigg Manor and the Youth Service of the Diocese of Lancaster. Work involves running residential, occasional outreach work, and playing a key role in the leadership of our team of volunteers and junior leaders.
