Job Description

The Coordinator of Youth Ministry is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive model for Youth Ministry, including the Confirmation program. Responsibilities include administering the parish ministry with youth, promoting faith formation of teens, recruiting, forming, and supporting adults and youth leaders, empowering teens for Christian ministry, and acting as an advocate and link for youth. Our youth ministry is called Uturn Teen Ministry. Our parish subscribes to Lifeteen and uses Lifeteen as an important resource although we do not call our teen ministry gatherings Life Nights and our leader teams are structured differently than Lifeteen.
