Job Description

The parish is moving from a volunteer to a full-time position. The youth minister will create, direct, and maintain a program for junior and senior high school students and parents. This person will work with the parish pastoral team and adult volunteers. This will be an opportunity to create a new ministry based on Renewing the Vision. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior youth ministry experience is important. Applicant must be a practicing Catholic. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Benefits are included.

About our Parish / School / Organization

Paris, IL is in the central part of the state close to the Indiana border approximately 1 ½ hours from Indianapolis. We have two Catholic churches (St. Mary’s & St. Aloysius) and a Catholic School, pre – 8. Paris is a welcoming hometown community of approximately 10,000 people.
