Job Description

Good Shepherd Parish, Tallahassee, is seeking a Director of High School Youth Ministry. This position is a full-time professional ministry position and includes, daytime, evening and weekend hours. This individual is responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of all spiritual, social and outreach experiences for the 9th through 12th grade youth population of Good Shepherd. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, active participation in a Catholic parish, experience with youth ministry and strong communication, organizational and relational skills.
