Abdi is a 19 year old member of the Kenyan national Karate team. He has won medals in the Provincial Championship (Kata category, 2010 & 2011) and the Junior National Championships (2009).

Abdi lives in Korogocho, where 1.5 square kilometres is home to around 200,000 people. His story is incredible, and it is a CAFOD project that has enabled him to find hope through sport.
