Session 25 - Ways to Pray: Stations of the Cross

An interesting reflection through the stations with some still images acted out by a youth group and some music.

This is a really nice version, which isn't too long and is accessible to young people.

IN THE SESSION: An intro, or as a reflection and aid to prayer.

Stations of the Cross with St Therese of Lisieux

A reflection set to music (traditional, french) with scenes of the stations in Lisieux and quotes from St. Therese. This is quite a traditional take on it, but very beautiful and moving nonetheless.

This video may also be useful for focusing on St. Therese in session 13

IN THE SESSION: For most youth groups (though not all, of course) this traditional style of doing things might be a bit different for them and so this video might not be the best way to introduce the whole idea of the stations of the cross, but rather a way of giving a different example.

Puppet Stations of the Cross

This is a puppet show/ silhouette version of the stations of the cross.

IN THE SESSION: This isn't as moving or dramatic a video as the others, but it might suggest an idea for a youth group activity, or give another take on the whole devotion.
