Chapter eight of the book deals with 'the Redshirts' - The Arundel & Brighton Lourdes Diocesan Youth Service Group - one of the most successful and innovative projects of its type. The rest of the book is not specifically about youth work, but about Lourdes more generally. Well worth a read.
